A room and meal package for the entire Symposium is available at the meeting site [Kloster Mehrerau] for a price of € 330. The current conversion is approximately 1 US $ to 0.75 €. Please note that this rate includes five nights, lodging (Sunday July 29 through Thursday August 2), breakfast and a large Austrian lunch Monday through Thursday, and Friday breakfast.

Each spouse or guest must pay the full rate; children under 12 pay half rate, children under 6 are free. Room and board are to be paid in cash (no travellers' checks) upon arrival. The Symposium is being held during the annual Bregenz Festival and therefore other accommodations may be difficult to obtain.
