A room and meal package for the entire Symposium is available at the meeting site [Kloster Mehrerau]. The range is between € 275 and 300, depending on the accommodations. The current conversion is approximately 1 US $ to 0.7 €. Please note that either rate includes five nights, lodging (Sunday July 20 through Thursday July 25), breakfast and a large Austrian lunch Monday through Thursday, and Friday breakfast.
Each spouse or guest must pay the full rate; children under 12 pay half rate, children under 6 are free. Room and board are to be paid in cash (no travellers' checks) upon arrival. The Symposium coincides with the opening of the annual Bregenz Festival and therefore other accommodations may be difficult to obtain.
