Transportation

• The most convenient airport is Zürich, Switzerland. Alternatives are: Frankfurt, Germany, or Munich, Germany, or Vienna, Austria (the latter in connection with an overnight train to Bregenz).
   
• Rail service is available from Zürich (2 hours) to either Bregenz or St. Margrethen, Switzerland (Austria/Switzerland border station); from Frankfurt or Munich to Lindau, Germany (Austria/Germany border station) and Bregenz. For train connections to Bregenz see: Swiss Railways, Deutsche Bahn, Österreichische Bundesbahnen.
  

• In Bregenz, take a taxi to Collegium Mehrerau; the way from the train station to the meeting site is highlighted in the schematic map next to this paragraph.

• Recommended arrival time at the Symposium site is:
  Sunday, July 25, 2010, before 5 pm (before 2 pm for those who plan to participate in the Mini-Course and Overview).

Registrants needing a visa to enter Austria are kindly asked to contact the Scientific Secretary of the Symposium, Dr. Michael Ramek (michael.ramek@tugraz.at), as early as possible!
